More build progress today, I have now made and fitted the tail plane, started on the gun boxes (one of which is now complete), and sorted the warping in the nose.
I had to glue on one of the engine panels to pull the nose of the aircraft back into alignment, which in itself needed to be modified slightly by removing one of the locating pins and using plasweld to fix the panel in place. I am planing a simple diorama for this aircraft, in which I want some ground crew performing maintenance, including engine. I had to consider this before I permanently attached one of the side panels, in the end the choice to do this was a no brainer, and all I needed to do was pick a side.
